Request for Support for the International Conference on Information and Communications Security (ICICS 2006)

This award provides partial support for the International Conference on Information and Communications Security, December 4-7, 2006, in the Research Triangle of North Carolina. This established international security conference is being held for the first time in North America. Support from NSF serves to broaden participation, particularly of students, provide improved access for researchers to the latest research results, and to promote the development and dissemination of solutions to some of the nation's pressing security needs in the computing and communications areas.
