CSR: IEEE PerCom 2010 Student Travel Support

本项目为美国学生参加将于2010年3月29日至4月2日在德国曼海姆举行的第八届IEEE普适计算与通信国际会议（PerCom 2010）提供支持。IEEE PerCom是普及计算和网络这一迅速崛起的重要领域的首要技术论坛。研究生参加像IEEE PerCom这样的重要会议是研究生教育中极其重要的一部分，这将有助于激励学生从事各种普适计算方面的研究。会议的欧洲地点将进一步帮助美国学生与欧洲研究人员互动。补助金主要支持那些因其他原因无法参加会议的学生。

This project provides support for US students to attend the 8th IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications (PerCom 2010), which will be held in Mannheim, Germany between March 29th, 2010 and April 2nd, 2010. IEEE PerCom is the premier technical forum in the rapidly emerging and important area of pervasive computing and networking. Graduate student participation in a key conference like IEEE PerCom is extremely important part of graduate education and would help motivate students to engage in research in a variety of pervasive computing aspects. The European venue for the conference will further help US students to interact with European researchers. The grant primarily supports students who will not be able to a attend the conference otherwise.
