Z3 is responsible for the distribution, administration, and supervision of the CRCs central funds. This includes the allocation of travel and visiting researcher funds to the projects of the CRC as well as the approval of business trips and invitations of guest researchers. Furthermore, Z3 organizes all central scientific events of the CRC, such as our colloquia series, the Young Researcher Workshops and the HIOS Symposia. The Z3 project also develops, organizes, and implements all central measures for the career development of our staff, for providing gender equality and a family friendly work environment in the CRC, as well as our public relations activities.
