Pressure assisted heat treatment of single crystal superalloys. (B04)

本课题研究了高温合金的压力辅助热处理以及压力、温度和时间对组织演变的影响。将为采用不同方法(铸造和添加剂制造)生产的新合金和材料制定热处理策略。通过热等静压处理使蠕变退化后的原始组织恢复原状是主要的研究热点。还将进行HIP实验，目的是修复表面损伤。

The project performs research on the pressure assisted heat treatment of superalloys and the influence of pressure, temperature and time on microstructural evolution. Heat treatment strategies for new alloys and materials produced with different methods (casting and additive manufacturing) will be developed. The rejuvenation of the initial microstructure after creep degradation by HIP-treatments represents the main research focus. HIP-experiments will also be performed with the objective to repair surface damage.
