Die Position neuer Blütenprimordien an den Seiten des apikalen Sprossmeristems wird durch die antagonistische Aktivität von zwei nah verwandten Proteinen, dem lichtregulierten Blühaktivator FT und dem Blührepressor TFL1, koordiniert. TP B04 (Schmid, Oecking) wird die molekularen und strukturellen Grundlagen der antagonistischen Funktion dieser Proteine bei der Blühinduktion im Kontext ihrer Interaktionen mit dem bZIP Transkriptionsfaktor FD und 14-3-3 Proteinen untersuchen.
