英文摘要
The structures of different AHK5 protein domains are to be solved and structural information combined with functional studies. This wil help to understand how the AHK5 peceives H2O2 or redox conditions in vitro and in vivo. Experiments with AHK5 mutants will demonstrate the extent to which histidine kinase activity, phosphorylay capacity, and cross-talk in classical Ser / Thr / Tyr phosphorylation pathways are required for the AHK5-specific plant responses. In addition, the identification of other factors contributing to AHK5-specific signaling and function in the context of H2O2 as a signaling molecule is planned.
