Public relations project (Ö)

Biomimetics has the potential to attract a wider public to fundamental research in science and engineering. The principal aim of project Ö is the coordination and implementation of public relations activities of TRR 141. Next to a variety of publications and lectures, the exhibition “baubionik“ at the Rosenstein Museum Stuttgart was the main event of the first funding period. In the second funding period these activities will be further broadened and expanded, including larger biomimetic structures in Heilbronn and Freiburg.
