This project aims at understanding the role of the CCM protein scaffold in the dynamic remodeling of adherens junctions and focal adhesions in response to blood flow. The project will also address the interplay of the CCM scaffold with other cellular components of biomechanical signalling in the developing vasculature of the zebrafish.
