The role of Type I Secretion Systems (T1SS) in formation of the heterocyst specific cell wall (N) (A16*)

丝状蓝藻的异形胞通过沉积由特定糖脂组成的细胞外被膜层来保护对氧不稳定的固氮酶。1型分泌系统（T1SS）是糖脂的输出者，由TolC和ABC转运蛋白DevBCA组成。我们希望通过定点诱变、表型描述和使用荧光探针在时间和空间上对候选蛋白的表达研究来鉴定参与异型囊膜形成的同源T1SS。

Heterocysts of filamentous cyanobacteria protect the oxygen labile nitrogenase by deposition of extra cell envelope layers composed of specific glycolipids. A type 1 secretion system (T1SS) is the exporter of the glycolipids and is composed of TolC and the ABC-transporter DevBCA. We want to identify homologous T1SS that are involved in heterocyst envelope formation by site directed mutagenesis, phenotype description and expression studies of the candidate proteins in time and space using fluorescent probes.
