The CRC will be led by a Steering Committee composed of the Speaker, Vice Speaker, and additional project leaders. Together, they will oversee the scientific and strategic management of the CRC, ensuring long-term sustainability and achievement of overarching aims. The major task of the central project is to implement the scientific strategy, to administrate the budget and fulfil all reporting obligations, and to initiate and coordinate common activities. For this, the Steering Committee will be supported by a project coordination office which will be staffed with a scientific manager.
