汉诺威兽医大学设立了一个出版基金，以支持其成员在2019-2020年发表开放获取期刊文章。在DFG最初提供资金后，应建立一个可持续的出版费供资结构。出版基金将报销在经过同行评审、质量受控的原创开放获取期刊上发表文章的费用。随之而来的组织和技术措施将确保向科学家提供开放获取其研究成果的真正服务。

The University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover establishes a publication fund in order to support their members when publishing open access journal articles in the years 2019-2020. After the initial funding by DFG a sustainable structure shall be established for the funding of publication fees. The publication fund will reimburse fees for the publication of articles in original, peer-reviewed quality controlled open access journals. Accompanying organizational and technical measures will ensure that scientists are offered a real service for the open access publication of their research results.
