本研究の目的は，講義型の多人数授業で，大学生の批判的思考（クリティカルシンキング）を促進するための授業設計である．「特定科目の中で批判的思考を明示的に教えるインフュージョンアプローチ」に近い形態を採る．学習者の経験が想定される問題領域（例えばリーダシップ）の知識体系を説明し，具体事例のビデオを視聴させ，批判的思考の説明を行ったうえで分析レポートを提出させる．次回授業で全員のレポートを配布し，自他の考えを比較・吟味させる．この過程を通じて，ビデオの内容を「知識体系に従って論理的に」，「真正な文脈での目標志向的思考」で分析し「自他の思考過程を吟味・内省」する，という批判的思考を促す．対象問題領域として，「組織における問題解決」，「企業のビジネスモデル」など，明確な正解はないが，経験から導かれた体系的な理論や知識が存在するものをとりあげる．これらの理論・知識を現実の場面に適用したレポートを作成させることで，状況の論理的な分析が可能となり，合理的な解決策の見通しが得られる，という思考を促進する．また，同じビデオを視聴して様々に解釈していると考えられる他者のレポートを閲読させ，自身の解釈・分析と比較させることで，自身の思考プロセスを内省的に振り返らせる．さらに，ドキュメンタリービデオの登場人物の行動が，問題解決の目標・文脈に鑑みて適切か否かを検討させることで，文脈に応じた目標志向的思考を促進する．2022年度は，代表者がこれまで授業実践で扱ってきた「企業のビジネスモデル」に関する授業に批判的思考に関する介入を組み込み，オンデマンド講義を実施した．授業アンケートの自由記述の分析を行ったところ，「知識体系に従った論理的思考」，「真正な文脈での目標志向的思考」，「自他の思考過程の吟味・内省」のいずれにも本研究の介入の効果が見られたが，特に「自他の思考過程の吟味・内省」の効果が大きかった．

The purpose of this study is to promote the critical thinking of college students in lecture-based multi-person lectures and to promote the design of lectures. "Critical thinking in a specific subject" is an explicit form of teaching.
