项目摘要

本研究では、中国をはじめとする大国が、如何なる意図をもって国際制度にコミットするのかを考察した。第一に、国家の経済・軍事的パワーの位相によって、［非］規制についての選好が変わるという理論について、統計分析と事例分析を組み合わせ、博士論文を執筆した。３月に東京大学に提出し、間もなくディフェンスを開催いただく予定である。執筆の過程で、ドイツ・オーストリア・スイス政治学会合同主催の国際政治経済学会と、アジア政経学会で発表を行い、また個人的にも、国内外の研究者と、交流することができた。博士論文の各章の内容は、今後英語論文として投稿予定である。第二に、国際制度で利益を追求するには、合意する連合が必要だという観点について、中国とグローバル・サウスの関係を分析した。主権概念をめぐる意見の相違がある場合も、中国は連帯のレトリックを維持する点について、ライデン大学の、国連とグローバル・サウスについての共同プロジェクトで論文を発表し、共著の１章となることが決定した。第三に、国際制度で利益を追求する際には、国家の裁量権が制約される点について、各国の認識を明らかにすべく、新しいプロジェクトも開始した。パリに赴き、経済協力開発機構（OECD、特に国際機関評価ネットワーク（MOPAN））と国際連合教育科学文化機関（UNESCO）にてインタビュー調査等を行ったため、今後論文としてまとめたい。また上記以外の点としては、書評を一本刊行した。ポスドク相当の研究員として、京都大学の東南アジア地域研究研究所に就職させていただき、またWZBベルリン社会科学研究所（WZB Berlin Social Science Center）に客員研究員として受け入れていただく予定もあり、今後も上述のプロジェクトをさらに発展させていく所存である。
