本申請課題では、介入によって操作可能であり、高校生の抑うつのメカニズムにおいて重要な要因として「脅威性の認知」および「回避行動」に着目し、抑うつ予防に有効なプログラムの開発を行った。２年間の採用期間で取り組んだ研究から得られた成果を博士論文にまとめて桜美林大学大学院国際学研究科に提出し、博士（学術）を取得した。＜１．脅威性の認知と回避行動の関連の検討＞脅威性の認知と回避行動を測定する質問紙を用いて、高校生200名を対象に調査を実施した。抑うつ状態を４時点で測定し、その抑うつの経時的変化に対して、脅威性の認知と回避行動が及ぼす影響性を明らかにするために潜在曲線モデルを用いて、切片と傾きに対する推定値を算出した。その結果、脅威性の認知が抑うつ状態を予測することが示唆された。したがって、高校生の抑うつ低減には、脅威性の認知の改善が有効である可能性が考えられた。その成果の一部は、ストレスマネジメント研究および桜美林大学紀要に採択された。＜２．介入プログラムの試行と回避行動および抑うつに対する有効性の検討＞脅威性の認知および回避行動に焦点を当てたストレスマネジメントプログラムを、高校生200名程度に実施した。その結果、同一の学級内にも抑うつおよび回避行動に対する介入の効果が認められた。このことから、回避行動の変容が抑うつ低減をもたらす可能性を実証的に明らかにした。この成果は、認知行動療法研究に採択された。＜３．本研究で開発した介入プログラムの臨床的応用性の検討＞さらに、本申請課題で開発した、脅威性の認知に焦点を当てた介入プログラムの応用可能性を検討するために、中学生を対象に介入を実施し、有効性について検討を行った。この成果は国際誌のJournal of Evidence-Based Psychotherapiesに採択された。

The results of cognitive action therapy research are summarized in this paper. <3. This study opens up a discussion on the clinical usefulness of intervention programs. In the meantime, the subject of this application opens up, focuses on the cognitive threat, discusses the usefulness of intervention programs, and discusses the implementation and effectiveness of intervention programs for middle school students. This work was published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Psychotherapies.
