本研究は、黒川春村『古物語類字鈔』を主たる研究対象とし、同書と春村前後の物語研究とを比較検討することにより、【Ⅰ．近世後期における中世王朝物語研究の実態】と【Ⅱ．Ⅰの明治期における国文学研究への継承・展開】について明らかにすることを目的とする。本年度は、昨年度の研究成果に基づき、主に『物語書目備考』『石清水物語』『雲隠六帖』および田中大秀の作成した目録類の研究に取り組んだ。(1)『物語書目備考』　昨年度の研究活動により現存諸本をほぼ入手し得たため、諸本展開の具体相ならびに『古物語類字鈔』との関係性について、整理・考究した。(2)『石清水物語』　昨年度の資料調査により発掘した享受資料の検討を進めた。当該資料と深く関わると思しき足代弘訓について、その活動の足跡を具体的に解明すべく、物語関連書を中心に資料収集に努めた。(3)『雲隠六帖』　昨年度末に新たに見出した写本を入手し、研究に着手した。①伝本二種の中間的な本文を有する、②寛文9年から明治35年に至る3種の奥書を備え、かつ他2作品と合写されており、近世から近代にかけての『雲隠六帖』享受の具体相を知りうる、という2点において、きわめて重要な一本であることを明らかにした。その成果は古典研究会（2022年12月、於広島大学）にて口頭発表し、次年度には雑誌論文として公刊することが決定している。(4)田中大秀の作成した索引類　飛騨の国学者・田中大秀の作成した中古散文関係の目録5点について、原本調査を行った上で、黒川春村の作成した目録との比較等を通して、その特徴を明らかにした。その成果は次年度刊行の論集に掲載が決定している。そのほか、春村の関与した物語類を中心に中世王朝物語の享受資料について個々に検討を行った。また、昨年度の国際学会における口頭発表を公刊した。
