项目摘要

2021年度実施した「自己評定アンケート」の加除修正バージョンを、オンライン協働イベント後実施した。その結果、今回もグループ活動において、協働、情報共有、言語・非言語によるコミュニケーション、ICTの利活用、要約・言い換え・明確化ができるグループと、活動手順、集団思考、自己評価そのものができなかったグループに分かれる結果となった。このことから活動全般においては、積極性、インタラクション力、 ICT力、言い換え力に優れたものがリードし、手順、思考、評価ができないものは取り残されていくことが再確認され、自由記述から、英語力の差を克服することが国際交流につながり、グループ間コミュニケーションへの意識の高さが再観察された。筆者グループは、今回新たに、カンボジアとのグループ活動を行い、日台間では不要であった「言語表現調整法」が必要であった。そこでは、アコモデーション理論（橋内，1999）に基づき、英語力に差があるグループ間において、中級話者（日本）が初級話者（カンボジア）に対して使われる方略である。すなわち、インプット面での調整として、発音、語彙、文法への配慮、相互交渉面での調整では、反復、確認、拡張、短文による応答、さらに言い換え、借用、回避がそれぞれ活用される必要があった。これらへの対策として、現地カンボジアのパートナー校（シェリアップ市）でのワークショップを開催することで、英語力の格差の改善を行った。内容は、１）英語とクメール語の音声比較とミニマルペアによる弱点補強、および、２）SAMRモデルによるICT活用と教案作成である。その結果、コミュニケーションに支障がない程度に格差が埋められるという成果がみられた。2023年度においては、これらの知見を踏まえたカンボジアとの国際協働を行うことで、より「大きな枠組みによるチームワーク力の評価指標」の作成を行っていく。
