本研究の目的は、解放期の情報省の分析を通じて、戦後のフランスにおいて情報に関する政策が再建されていく過程を再検討することにある。とりわけ一次資料に基づいて、新聞・雑誌を中心とした改革案がどのように起草され、採用されていくのかを考察する。本研究2年目に当たる令和4年度も、昨年度に続き、大戦間期から占領期にかけて政治家や知識人が構想していた情報秩序の改革を分析した。今年度はとくに2月にフランスで資料調査を遂行することができたたため、資料収集の点では着実な進歩があった。具体的な研究実績の概要は以下のとおりである。第一に、キリスト教民主主義者たちのジャーナリズムに関するアイデアを整理した。この作業は昨年度からの延長線上に位置づけられるものである。第二に、キリスト教民主主義者のなかでもフランスシスク・ゲイという人物（出版人で、戦後は政界入りを果たす）に焦点を当てて研究を進めた。とくにゲイは戦前から出版人としてプロパガンダに強い関心を持っており、その点に着目し、一群の著作の読解を開始した。ゲイは戦後の情報政策の中心的人物であり、彼の思想を追うことは次年度以降の作業につながるように思われる。第三に、国立文書館および国立図書館などで資料調査を行った。国内外レジスタンス運動のプレス改革案に関する資料を一定量閲覧し、今後分析する準備が整った。以上は、学会・研究会発表などに結実した。そのほかの成果は次年度以降に公表する予定である。

The above-mentioned society and research meeting will be held in Beijing. The results of the survey are scheduled for the next year.
