项目摘要

本研究課題では、①循環的・持続的なインフレ率の変動要因、②インフレ率の変動要因が経済に与える動学的因果効果、③金融政策の期待管理の役割を実証分析する。令和４年度に行った具体的な研究内容は、以下の通りである。（１）①に関し、日本の循環的な景気変動とインフレ率との間に安定的な関係性が存在しているのか実証分析を行った。研究成果に基づいて学術論文を作成し、成果の公表を行った。現在、査読付き国際雑誌に投稿中である。加えて、景気循環とインフレ率に関して論点や先行研究を整理した。そして、日本のデータを用いて、景気循環に関して感応的なインフレ率の計測を行い、実証分析を行った。現在、研究成果に基づいて学術論文を作成中である。（２）②に関し、将来のインフレ圧力の動学的因果効果を推定するための時系列モデル(構造型ベクトル自己回帰モデル)を構築し、日本とアメリカのデータを用いて定量的に分析し、国際比較を行った。研究成果に基づいて学術論文を作成し、成果の公表を行った。更に、国際シンポジウムでの成果報告を行った。現在、更なる研究報告の機会を検討するとともに、査読付き国際雑誌に投稿するための準備を行っている。本研究課題で提案する実証フレームワークによって、慢性的な低インフレ・デフレがマクロ経済にどのくらい深刻な影響を及ぼしているのか、金融政策がマクロ経済・物価安定にどの程度寄与しているのかを定量的に明らかにできることが期待できる。
