Upon receiving the research fund, the principal investigator proceeded with the execution of the first study (2021~2023). The primary objective of this study was to investigate the methods through which major ICT companies and start-ups engage with customer data to discern diverse forms of customer-centered value creations within the digital innovation landscape. The research plan adhered to a meticulously designed schedule, encompassing key stages such as context research, an exhaustive literature review, the identification of research gaps, and the acquisition of data through qualitative interviews. The researcher's progress since April 2021 until the present has been noteworthy; however, it is important to note that a relocation to Hong Kong Polytechnic University in September 2022.
