2022年度は研究実施計画に従って，以下の3点を執り行った。第1に，前年度に構築した心理的資本に関する文献データの精査である。心理的資本をテーマとする先行研究のシステマティック・レビューに向けて作成した文献データベースを分析したところ，心理的資本の下位次元ごとの先行要因と効果に焦点を当てた研究や縦断研究などが特に数少ないことが確認できた。また，今回，Web of Scienceなど3つの文献検索エンジンを用いたが，系統的レビューを行った既存研究を渉猟したところ，他にも有効な検索リソースがあることも判明した。第2に，心理的資本尺度の開発に向けたインタビューガイドの検討である。現在の仕事で心理的資本が高まった経験を尋ねるインタビュー項目を作成し，研究代表者が携わっている民間企業の人事担当者が集まるセミナーでグループ・インタビューを行った。心理的資本の4つの次元の定義に基づいてインタビュー項目を設定したが，それぞれの定義の抽象度が高く，より現場の実態に根差した項目の精査が必要であることが認識された。さらに，集団的心理的資本の質問項目を作成し，大学生を対象に質問票調査を予備的に実施した。その結果，個人レベルの心理的資本を測定する項目の主語を「私の組織では」という集団を表す語句に単純に変えるだけでは級内相関係数が基準値を満たさず，妥当性と信頼性の点で不十分であることも確かめられた。第3に，心理的資本の介入施策の施行と成果の検討である。A大学附属病院の看護師を対象に心理的資本を高める複数の研修を執り行い，自由記述データをもとに研修後の心理的資本の変化を探索的に分析した。今後，詳細な結果が明らかになると予想するが，職場メンバーの質の高い関係づくりを意識した研修内容を取り入れていくことが，心理的資本促進の基盤となることが示唆された。
