项目摘要

本研究は，地方大学と地元企業との連携をさらに進め地域イノベーションの創出を促進するための課題解決の一助を提供すること，地域イノベーションの創出の促進を担っている地域の関係者の活動や取組に資することを目指して，地方大学における産学連携の実状を明らかにすることを目的としている．具体的には，地方国立大学を主な対象として， ①地方大学の共同研究，特に地元企業との共同研究の実状はどのようになっているのか，②各地域での地域産業創出，地域イノベーション創出にむけた活動や仕組み作りはどのようになっているのか，③地方大学と地元企業の連携を核にした地域イノベーションの創出に向けた課題はなにか，の３点を明らかにしていくことを目的とする．令和４年度は，調査への協力を得て共同研究の契約情報を提供して頂いた16大学（弘前，秋田，岩手，宇都宮，横浜国立，富山，福井，三重，岐阜，和歌山，鳥取，山口，香川，徳島，大分，宮崎）について，研究代表者と分担者3名の計4名で分担して，情報の整理と分析を行った．調査期間の2014～2019年度については，各大学の状況が明らかになり，可能な大学については過去の分析結果との比較を進めた．成果の一部は産学連携学会の大会で発表予定である．また，宮崎大学については，分析結果の報告を行うとともに訪問調査を行い，産学連携やイノベーション創出への取り組みの実状をヒアリングした．中国，四国の９つの国立大学の外部資金の動向を調査し，要因分析については，継続して整理，分析を行い，産学連携学会の大会で発表するとともに研究ノートにまとめて投稿して掲載が確定した．
