项目摘要

2022年度は本研究の2年目として、国内外の被災地・未災地の比較研究を通して、被災地から他の被災地へ、被災地から未災地へと災害文化が伝承されていく系譜をまとめるための調査研究に取り組んだ。その中で実践した災害伝承と防災教育、災害復興や生活再建支援に関わるアクションリサーチの成果の一部については、日本災害復興学会の分科会1件の企画・運営に関わったほか、1件の分科会で報告を行い、口頭発表で1件の報告を行った。様々な被災地に関わる研究者と共に企画した「『なまえ』をめぐるダイアログ」という分科会では、「それぞれの『あのとき』」というタイトルで、海道奥尻町や厚真町でのフィールドワークなどで得たことを元に、災害経験の語り方について話題提供と問題提起を行った。また、「誰一人孤立させない安心して暮らせる社会づくりに向けて～北海道胆振東部地震厚真町の事例から～」という分科会では、厚真町で行ってきた災害復興や生活再建支援に関わるアクションリサーチの成果をふまえて厚真町の被災者支援体制の変化に関する事例報告や、厚真町で災害ケースマネジメントがなされた背景についてコメントを行った。翌日の口頭発表では、「被災前後の学校防災教育の変化―北海道厚真町を例に」というタイトルで、本研究課題以前よりアクションリサーチとして関わってきた厚真町の防災教育について、胆振東部地震発生後の学校現場では心のケアと防災教育の両輪で取り組みがなされてきたことなどを報告した。なお、分科会「『なまえ』をめぐるダイアログ」をふまえた内容は、雑誌『震災学』vol.17（2023年4月発行）に寄稿を行った。そのほか、雑誌等への寄稿や研修会等を通して本研究で得られた成果の一部を紹介し、社会への発信を試みた。
