当研究では，通所介護における要介護高齢者の機能訓練の質を高めるために，主体性を伴う社会的な自立を促進する総合的な自立支援型機能訓練マネジメントモデルを構築することを目的とする．成果には，通所介護の質を高め，要介護高齢者の社会参加を促進することが期待される．研究方法として，これまでの研究成果（17K19827）を踏まえ，Ⅰ 自立支援型機能訓練マネジメントモデル案(Ver.1)＊の策定と展開：研修会・アンケート，Ⅱ 自立支援型機能訓練マネジメントモデル＊の効果検証と発展：モデルの改編，実践研究の準備を実施することとした．通所介護における自立支援型機能訓練マネジメントモデル＊として，【Survey】【Plan】を中心に案を検討した．またモデルを実施するにあたり，【Survey】意向確認(社会的自立支援アウトカム尺度（SIOS；Social Independence Support Outcome Scale,小室ら，2018），心身機能評価，生活行為の工程・課題分析，【Plan】参加・活動・機能の長期・短期目標と個別機能訓練プログラム立案，そしてLIFEに沿ったコードを反映し，ITを活用した，自動的・効率的にプロセスを展開できる作業事例シートを作成した．これらの策定案に基づき，埼玉県と協働し，埼玉県内の通所介護事業所の機能訓練指導員を対象に，「心身機能維持回復から社会参加に至るまでの戦略的自立支援ケアの実践」研修会を，on-lineで2回開催した．研修会(モデル）効果として，参加事業者を対象に研修会前・直後・3ヶ月後の意識や行動の変化について調査を実施中である．自立支援型機能訓練マネジメントモデルVer.1【Survey】【Plan】は，効果検証中であるが，【Do】【Check】【Act】についてのプロセスの実態，社会的自立支援の現状については十分把握できていないため，2023年度は，実践研究，通所介護における社会参加支援実態調査を計画予定である．
