近年、発達障害のある子どもの数は増加傾向にある。現在、発達障害者支援法に基づき、地域支援体制が整備され、各年代の方を対象に、様々な社会資源が整い、支援が行われつつある。その中で、思春期は親から心理的に離れ、今後の進路を検討する時期であり、それまでの親子関係を見つめ直し、子どもと新たな関係性を築くなど、親子とも支援が重要になる。さらに、子どもが入院となった場合、退院後の生活を支援していくことが重要になると考える。そこで、精神科に入院経験のある思春期発達障害の子をもつ母親が、子どもの入院をどのように捉えているのか、さらに退院後の生活において、どのような体験をしているのかを明らかにし、地域生活を維持していくための支援について考察することを目的に、本年度は母親を対象にインタビュー調査を計画した。インタビュー調査を行うにあたり、研究者が所属する施設の倫理委員会にて承認を得た。研究実施許可後、研究協力への同意が得られた病院およびクリニックにて、ポスター公募および「研究への参加ご協力のお願い」を配布していただき、対象者の募集を行った。現在までに２名の対象者にインタビュー調査を実施した。得られたデータを逐語録にし、分析作業に向けて準備している。引き続きインタビュー対象者の募集を行い、精神科に入院経験のある思春期発達障害の子をもつ母親が、子どもの入院をどのように捉えているのか、さらに退院後の生活において、どのような体験をしているのかを明らかにし、地域生活を維持していくための支援について考察したいと考えている。
