项目摘要

2022年度は、2021年11月から12月にかけて実施した４府県の小規模多機能居宅介護事業所401箇所、３府県の特別養護老人ホーム618箇所に対し、実施した法人（事業所）における理念浸透に関する質問紙調査の分析、成果の報告を行なった。報告は以下の通りである.① 種橋征子「高齢者介護施設における理念浸透の実態ー理念の制度化が介護職員の理念浸透に及ぼす影響ー」第30回日本介護福祉学会大会 2022年10月9日。どういった法人（理念）浸透の取り組みが、一般介護職員の理念の内面化、理念の認知・共感に影響を及ぼすのか重回帰分析の結果を報告した。②種橋征子「高齢者介護施設における理念浸透の実態ー一般介護職員を対象とした質問紙調査からー」日本社会福祉学会第70回秋季大会 2022年10月16日。一般介護職員の理念浸透の構造、理念浸透と情緒的組織コミットメント、仕事のやりがい。離職意向との関係性について構造方程式モデリングで明らかにした結果を報告した。③種橋征子「高齢者介護施設における理念浸透の実態ーリーダークラス職員を対象とした質問紙調査からー」関西社会福祉学会・日本社会福祉学会関西地域ブロック2022年度年次大会 2023年2月26日。リーダークラス職員の理念浸透の構造、理念浸透と情緒的組織コミットメント、仕事のやりがい。離職意向との関係性について構造方程式モデリングで明らかにした結果とどういった法人（理念）浸透の取り組みが、クラス職員の理念の内面化、理念に対する共感、上司の理念に対する態度に影響を及ぼすのか、重回帰分析の結果を報告した。また、ここ数年離職者が続いたある社会福祉法人の特別養護老人ホームにおける課題を理念浸透と理念の実践に着目して明らかにするために、2021年5月から7月にかけ実施したインタビュー調査の分析も進めた。
