申請者は、2013年度の科研採択「インドにおける生活支援技術の開発」から現在まで、「インド人によるインドの介護の確立」に取り組んでいる。本研究はアジア諸国の急激な高齢化に伴い、内閣官房がアジア全体で介護人材を育成することを期待し「アジア健康構想」を打ち出した。基本方針の・「日本式介護」の輸出と・人材育成と還流の促進から2017年の新法でインド人介護技能実習生を受け入れることとなった。今回の研究はインドの介護技能実習生を対象に日本の介護がいかなるものか介護の魅力を知ってもらい、将来「介護」を母国で根付かせてくれることを期待するものである。本研究計画は「日本式介護」の評価票を作り、2021年に入国する予定であったインド介護技能実習生に「日本式介護」の浸透度また入国前と入国後のギャップ、入国前に知っておきたかったこと等をインフォーマルインタビューから聞き取り、それを基に入国前の予備知識としての『実証講座」の必要性を検証及び入国前のトレーニング教育プログラムを構築し、現地で開催することを目指すものである。当初の計画では1年目（2021年度）は「日本式介護」を文献研究から明らかにして評価票を作成し、2年目（2022年度）にインタビューをする予定であった。しかしコロナ禍の影響で2021年度に入国予定者は入国できず、2023年の1月に初めての実習生11人が、入国することとなった。京都・奈良・名古屋の施設に配属となり、現在施設で実習中である。今後の計画は8月にインタビューを行い、それを基に入国前に必要なプログラムを作成し、2024年2月にインドの送り出し機関「日の出」で2023年度の実習生に対して「実証講座」の開催を予定している。現在は「日の出」の仲介者とリモート会議で打ち合わせを行っている。

The original plan is to prepare a review of the literature on "Japanese-style care" for the first year (FY2021) and to prepare a review for the second year (FY2022).
