项目摘要

2022年度の研究概要としては、2021年度に実施した児童相談所職員へのアンケート調査結果について詳細に分析を行い、研究報告を行うことが一つである。またもう一つは、ＤＶ加害者プログラムに参加する人へのアンケート調査を実施することである。前者の児童相談所職員に対するＤＶ加害者や子ども虐待をしてしまう人への印象、対応のあり方その他を把握するアンケート調査結果について、論文としてまとめ、公表することについては、論文提出先が確定しておらず、進捗状況が予定通りに進まない結果となった。これらの調査結果は非常に有益なものであった。日々、児童相談所において子どもに対して不適切なかかわりをしてしまう人やＤＶ加害者と言われる人と接し、対応や支援、子どもへの支援を実践している人の意見を頂戴できる機会となった。おおよその結果としては、特にＤＶ加害者対応については子ども虐待事案やＤＶ事案に多く対応している人ほど、あるいは児童相談所勤務歴の長い人ほど、徒労感を感じている傾向があった。あわせて、ＤＶ加害者について、男尊女卑の傾向がある人であると感じており、ＤＶ加害者更生プログラムの必要性を感じている傾向にあった。そしてロジスティック回帰分析では、ＤＶ加害者更生プログラムを必要であると感じている人はＤＶ加害者の印象を「実際は加害者だが『被害者意識』が強い人だと感じる」と考えることと深い関連があった。つまり、何等かのＤＶ加害者対応を感じるものの、それは児童相談所内で完結させるのではなく、例えばＤＶ加害者更生プログラムを専門的に実践している団体やカウンセリングセンター等と連携を取るなどして、その対応を具体的に検討していく必要性があることが明確になった。後者のＤＶ加害者プログラム参加者に対するアンケート調査については、130名弱の協力を得ることができる結果となり、非常に貴重な機会となった。
