今年度、2019年に実施した福岡県Ａ市役所における疫学調査の３年後調査を実施した。2022年11月、Ａ市役所職員を対象とし、喫煙や飲酒、身体活動、抑うつ症状などに関する健康調査票および食事調査票を行い、握力測定、採血、採尿を行った。職域における定期健診前に調査票を配布し、記入した調査票を健診時に回収した。健診時採血の際に、研究用追加採血を行った。調査対象者は、Ａ市役所の全職員517名で、このうち健診を受診したのは499名であった。健診受診者499名のうち414名、また、健診未受診者で１名、計415名（男性201名、女性214名；18～73歳、平均年齢44.7±11.6歳）が本疫学調査に参加した（参加率80.3％）。３年前実施の調査では参加率は80.0％（395名）であり、今年度も同程度の参加が得られた。生活習慣や食習慣の３年間の変化等と糖代謝異常など生活習慣病に関連する検査値との関連について検討を行い、今後、学会発表、論文執筆を行う。また、今年度、関東の職域における疫学調査データより、食行動と肥満および糖尿病との関連について検討を行った。調査参加者のうち、重篤疾患既往者等を除く1851名（男性1663名、女性188名；19～69歳）を解析対象とした。食べる速さ、朝食欠食、夕食後の間食、就寝前２時間以内の夕食の４項目を用い、早食い、また、他の食行動については週３回以上ありを不健康な食行動としてその数により対象者を３群に分けた。肥満はBMI≧25kg/m2、糖尿病は空腹時血糖≧126mg/dl、HbA1c≧6.5％、糖尿病既往歴、血糖降下薬の使用のいずれかに該当する者とした。不健康な食行動の数が多いほど肥満および糖尿病のオッズ比が有意に高いという結果であった。
