2022年度は、教育実習を終えた大学3年生～初任段階の教師年目まで）を対象として、授業や学級経営等に関する教師効力感（教師としてどの程度できるのかという自己認識）と学生・教師がもつ教育観や信念等に関する質問紙調査の内容を確定した。また、教育実践とその振り返りに関するフィールドワーク及びインタビュー調査を行うことによって、学校内外の多様な関係性が教育実践や振り返りの言説の中でいかに関係づけられているのかについての基礎的データを収集した。またそれらの基礎的データを分析することにより、今後のフィールドワークや質問紙調査において追加すべき項目等を明らかにした。成果の一部は、①日本教育学会第81回大会ラウンドテーブルの「データ駆動型教育をめぐる議論の土壌と教育学研究のこれから」において、また②教育思想史学会第32回大会シンポジウムの「メディアの“厚み”を取り戻す―GIGAスクールの時代の教育可能性を教育思想史研究から問う―」において活用した。①の発表においては、データ駆動型教育において教育学研究や教育実践が直面することになる構造的課題を明らかにし、その課題を乗り越えるための方途として「差異の関係の転置による概念創造」を提唱した。「差異の関係の転置による概念創造」とは関係論的視座から教育実践を捉える理論モデルであり、本研究がその構築を目指す教師の発達的変容に関する理論モデルの基礎となるものである。②の発表においては、教育思想史研究のコンテクストにGIGAスクールの諸実践を位置づけることにより、GIGAスクール構想の可能性と限界を明らかにし、GIGAスクール時代の教育可能性は「子供たちによる神話学」という実践に賭けられていることを指摘した。「子供たちによる神話学」という実践は、教師の発達的変容に関する理論モデルの実践的側面を記述したものと構造的に一致すると考えている。
