项目摘要

研究2年次（令和4年度）は、予定通り、新たに対象校として指定した2校（愛知県立Ｃ校、大分県立Ｄ校）の生徒に対し、1年次同様、「試行版かかわりの力育成プログラム」（短時間グループアプローチ＆各授業場面におけるペア・グループ対話）を実践し、質的・量的なデータ収集を行った。Ｃ校はヒューマンサービスを学ぶ専門高等学校であり、プログラムの開始は10月からである。一方、Ｄ校は、令和3年度より大分県下に全面導入・実施された「人間関係づくりプログラム」として、本申請者が提唱するプログラムに取り組み、2年目を迎えた普通高等学校である。そこで、プログラム効果を検証するため、Ｃ校がプログラムを開始する直前の7月に、両校生徒の学級適応状況の比較検討を行った。対象生徒は、両校とも1．2年生とし、効果測定の指標は「学級診断尺度Q-U」を用いた。結果から明らかになったのは、プログラム導入2年目のＤ校生徒の適応状況が、導入前のＣ校に比較し、良好であるということであった。具体的には、「教師関係」「学級雰囲気」「承認」の3項目について、統計的に有意な差が認められた（Ｄ校＞Ｃ校）。また、プログラムに関する独自アンケートを作成し、Ｄ校生徒に実施したところ、その中の1項目；「○○タイムは楽しいですか？」に対し、90％弱の生徒が「楽しい」と回答しており、高校生にとっても十分に受け入れられる「かかわりの力育成プログラム」であることが示唆されたと考えられる。研究の最終年度となる3年次には、これまでに収集した4校のデータを整理・分析することにより、「高校生版かかわりの力育成プログラム」の完成をめざす予定である。
