以下の1.訪問調査、2.研究発表、3.研究論文の３点を研究成果があった。1.　学校法人広島修道大学、学校法人藍野学院、学校法人北海道科学大学、学校法人福井工業大学、学校法人共愛学園を訪問しヒアリングを行った。学校法人の統合に至るインセンティブや効果を取りまとめた。各学校から理事長や部長クラスの幹部が対応されて、実務的且つ戦略的な取り組みが聴ける貴重な機会となった。2.　研究発表として、大学行政管理学会「私立大学の統合の基礎的考察」（於 : 成蹊大学）、日本教育行政学会「国立大学の統合の基礎的考察」（於 : 日本大学文理学部）を行った。この研究発表（対面で実施しハイブリッドでネットで配信された）において、フロア及びネットの参加者から質疑が出されて有意義な意見交換が行われた。これらの意見は、実務的な内容も含まれて、今後の研究活動に活かされることになると考える。3.　研究論文として、大学法人と高等学校法人の統合に関する論文である、関西大学紀要「大学法人と高等学校法人の合併効果」、大学法人同士の統合について「統合した大学法人の財務状況等の推移」『高知大学教育研究論集』を発表した。これらの論文は、今後の研究を展開するための基礎的な考察であり、次年度の発展的な研究に結び付く内容である。

This paper is intended for future research, basic investigation, and research results for the next year's development.
