项目摘要

学術研究における成果発表の形態は各分野によって異なっている。そのため、研究成果の分析もその形態を反映して行われる必要がある。本研究は、特に理工系分野とは異なる人文系分野等の発表形態特性に適合した成果分析を可能とする分析基盤の構築を目的としている。この目的に沿って、本年度はまず本研究が対象とする人文系等の個別研究分野を特定するための調査研究を以下のように進めた。情報源として、科学研究費助成事業の研究成果報告書のデータベースを利用し、全研究分野について成果の発表形態に関する特徴を分析した。分野については、研究課題の審査区分（大・中・小区分）に準拠して階層的かつ粒度別の比較を行った。調査の結果、以下の点が実証的に明らかになっている。第一に、人文系や社会科学系（人社系）の分野（大区分のAグループ）に限り研究成果の図書比率（グループ内平均）が、それ以外の分野（Aグループ以外の全て）と比較して概ね10倍以上である。第二に、人社系の下位分野（小区分レベルの約60分野）の大半では、この比率（分野内平均）は0.1～0.2の間であるが、特に美術史、日本史、ヨーロッパ史、新領域法学、国際関係論に関連する研究分野ではこの値が高い。一方、文化財科学、理論経済学、経済統計、経済政策、公共経済、金融論、家政学、教育工学、科学教育に関連する分野では、理工系分野に近い値となっている。これらの調査結果については学会で発表を行った。このように、本基盤が対象とする研究分野では成果の図書比率が高いため、図書に関する情報を入手・分析できることが必要である。そのため、学術情報を公開情報源を利用して探索的に調査するツールの作成を進めている。
