项目摘要

日本の高等教育の組織形態とIR活動の現状をマクロ的視点で把握する手法として、個人内多様性に焦点を当てイノベーション創出の戦略を見える化する手法がある。経営学の分野では、イノベーションを創出する人材として、個人内多様性を持つことが着目されている。イノベーションは、既存の複数の分野の知が交わり、新たな知を生み出すことをいう。個人内多様性がある人材は、異なる複数の分野を持ちそれら分野を掛け合わすことができる人材である。本年度の研究成果として2編の論文があり、まず、研究者の個人内多様性を見える化する指標としてMM-Indexを用い、人工知能分野、IoT分野、Bigdata分野の研究において、イノベーション的発展がどのように進んでいるのかについて、国別にその違いを示した。分析の結果、その類似性に地域性があること、地域により研究の方向性が異なっていることを示すことが出来た。研究結果は、The 24th International Conference on Computational Statistics（Italy）で発表した。タイトルは、「Assessing the Research Strength of Organizations Focusing on Intrapersonal Diversity in Applied Research of AI」。そして、研究結果は、米論文誌PLOS ONEに掲載された。タイトルは、「International comparison of cross-disciplinary integration in industry 4.0: A co-authorship analysis using academic literature databases」である。
