项目摘要

第8回研究会を6月16日、第9回研究会を7月28日、第10回研究会を9月9日・10日に実施した。今年度は大学におけるデータ活用の現状と課題を明らかにするため、全国の国公私株式会社立大学を対象にアセスメントプラン及びディプロマ・サプリメントに関する質問紙調査（web調査）を実施した。また、それに関連して、質問項目の検討及び調査ツールの選定、調査用紙の送付、リマインドの送付、調査の結果の集計を行った。質問項目の検討にあたってはこれまでの研究資料に基づき集中して対面にて行う必要があるため、研究者が参集して行った。調査対象総数は、787大学（国立82大学、公立96大学、私立606大学、株式会社立3大学）であり、有効回答数（回答率）は240大学（30.5%）であった。集計した結果、アセスメントプラン等の策定状況については、回答した240大学のうち、約7割弱にあたる160大学が策定しているという状況であった。策定している大学のうち、どのような形式で作成しているかについては、私学助成の指標にもなっていた影響からか、「アセスメント・ポリシー」として策定している私立大学が多数を占めた。一方、国立大学はカリキュラムポリシーにおいて「学修成果の可視化の考え方」として策定している大学が多数を占めた。また、ディプロマ・サプリメントの導入状況については、回答した240大学のうち、導入していると回答した大学は約 3 割に相当する 71大学に留まった。ディプロマ・サプリメントの学外に向けた認知度・活用度合についてはかなり低い状況にあり、大きな課題である。
