Ⅰ.　高等専門学校の卒業生へのエスノグラフィー・ダイアログをとり，卒業後の＜当事者所感＞のありようを調査した．この作業を通じ，以下の事項が示唆された．①異なる学習歴を経過してきたコーホートと比較し，基礎的学識よりはテクニカル・スキルにおいて自分達に優位性がある，という学修キャリア意識が定着している傾向がある．②学歴スクリーニングが社会内における人的資本の配置に際して無視できない程度には作用している可能性を意識しており，その状況への対抗策として，内的な葛藤はかかえつつも，むしろ結果的には高等専門学校在学を有意与件として利用する姿勢があること．③高等専門学校在学期間中にデフォルトとして附与されていた＜高専⇒専門領域での強さ＞型の自己規定様式のバイアスに対しては懐疑的になる率は無視小ではないこと．Ⅱ.　高等専門学校での教員職経験者へのエスノグラフィー・ダイアログをとり，卒業後の＜当事者所感＞のありようを調査した．この作業を通じ，以下の事項が示唆された．①高専制度創設時に謳われた高専のミッションである「中級／中位／中堅技術者」という表現の含意の不分明さが現場に居る教員の職務意識のありかたに大きく影響する．[例えば＜イノベーション＞というしばしば高専教育にタグ付けされる表現は，逆に，高専がカバーすべき機能ではなく，むしろ意図的にそこから離れる方向性に高専教育を沿わせることが法的にも正当性がある，という考えなど] ②在学者が高専教育への不適合を自意識の中へ抱え込むケースが多く，長期にわたる心理的フォローを学校機能へ内在させることが難しいことが多い．③早期速成型教育実施の困難さが（在学期間の長さに因り）長期化する．現在これらの結果を教育社会学分野での学術発表へと纏めるための作業を継続している．（2023年度に全国大会と論文誌に発表の予定）
