项目摘要

教育学部以外に所属する学生で教職課程を履修し，教員免許状の取得を目指す学生は少なくないと考えられ，彼らに対する支援の検討を行っていくことは重要と考えられる。本研究では，彼らが教職課程をどのように認識しているのかをイメージに着目して，探索的に検討することを目的としたものである。2年目の2022年度は，前年度のメタファー法を用いたアンケート調査結果を参考にしつつ，教職課程イメージを測定する比喩項目の原案を作成し，作成した項目を用いて，非教育学部における教職課程履修学生を対象にアンケート調査を行い結果の分析を行った。教職課程の履修年数の少ない1年生と履修年数が多い4年生を主な対象として調査を行った。因子分析を行った結果，「大変さ」「被教育体験の振り返りの機会」など計11因子が見出された。また，得られた因子についてそれぞれα係数を算出したところ概ね高い値が得られたことから概ね信頼性は確認されたと判断した。非教育学部に所属し教職課程を履修する学生の教職課程イメージを検討していくにあたって，測定する尺度や項目が必要となってくると考えられるが，本調査結果はそのことの参考となる知見を提供していると考えられる。また，得られた因子結果を基に1年生と4年生で得点を比較した結果，いくつかの因子で有意差や有意傾向が見られ，1年生と4年生で教職課程イメージに差が見られる可能性についても示唆された。また，前年度のメタファー法を用いたアンケート調査結果について，日本教育心理学会第64回総会にて発表を行った。発表を通して本研究テーマの重要性を再確認すると共に今後の研究の展開への示唆を得た。
