公立学校教師に異動はつきものであるが，異動がメンタルヘルスに負の影響を及ぼしうることが指摘されてきた。異動を教師としての専門性発達の機会とするには，どのような「教師の意識」「教師への支援」が必要だろうか。学校においてミドルリーダーの育成が重要課題とされていることから，特に中堅層を対象とした検討は急務である。本研究ではこのような問題意識からインタビュー調査およびアンケート調査を行い，①教師の異動の経験と専門性発達の関係，②異動を専門性発達の機会として経験するための組織・同僚性，③異動を専門性発達の機会とするための研修・講習プログラム，について検討する。令和4年度は，①②に関して8名の小・中・高校教師にインタビュー調査を行った。また，105名の小・中・高校教師にアンケート調査を行った。インタビュー，アンケートいずれも，特に②に焦点化した項目で調査を行った。②③については，現職教員を参加者とした学習会を毎月1回の頻度で企画・運営した。この学習会はオープンダイアローグを理論的背景とし，令和3年1月より始めたものである。令和4年度は，4月から2月まで11回実施した。令和4年度8月には，参加者に会の意義や課題，今後の展望についてアンケートを実施した。
