本研究課題は，日本においてジェンダー格差が肯定・維持される仕組みの心理学的基盤を，システム正当化理論の立場から検討することを目的としている。2022年度に検討した事項は以下の通りである。1 システム正当化の緩和機能のメカニズムに関する検討(2021年度からの継続）：これまで女性が既存のジェンダー・システムを正当化することで人生満足度が高くなること（システム正当化の緩和機能）に関する研究を行ってきた。これらの成果に基づき，2022年度は2021年度から引き続きシステム正当化の緩和機能が生じるメカニズムを検討した。従来は，システム正当化によって差別を受けているという認識が低減されることで，主観的幸福感が高くなることが報告されていたが，我々の行なった一連の研究から，差別よりもむしろ優遇されているという認識が関連することが見出された。結果の一部は，日本心理学会第86回大会で発表した。2 一般的なシステム正当化についての検討：本研究課題の主眼はジェンダーにあるが，日本社会全体の一般的システムに関する正当化と人生満足度の関連についての検討も行なった。ジェンダーシステムと同様に，一般的なシステムを肯定するほど人生満足度が高いという結果が得られ，システム正当化の緩和機能が頑健であることが示された。成果は，中国四国心理学会第78回大会で発表した。3 ジェンダー格差の維持と関連する要因についての検討：1)組織の中に少数の女性が存在するだけで，女性に開かれた組織だとみなされることがある（トークニズム）。このトークニズムがジェンダー平等感とどのように関連するかを検討した。2) 差別の原因を「アンコンシャスバイアス」に帰属することによって責任が減じられる問題について検討した。3)女性の旧姓使用が性差別態度とどのように関連するかを検討した。いずれも学会発表あるいは論文として成果を発表した。

This research topic is aimed at establishing and maintaining the psychological basis for the development of a rational theory in Japan. In 2022, the following matters were discussed: 1. This is the first time I've ever seen a woman. 2)The reason for the difference is that the problem of "failure" belongs to the problem of responsibility reduction. 3)Women's gender differences in the use of their last names are discussed.
