项目摘要

本研究における①当事者研究も含めた先行研究から「発達特性」についての記載を収集・分類し，②①と臨床場面での心理支援職が感じる実感との重ね合わせを行い，「発達特性パートナーのアンマッチ」の状況として共通するイメージやキーワードを共有し，③②の状況において心理支援職がどのような知識・技法を用いてアプローチを行い，そこで感じる困難や課題，あるいは有効なアプローチを集積するのうち、心理支援職39名に対するアンケートと、そのうち13名のインタビューを実施した。これらのデータの記述統計と、KJ法を援用した質的分析の分類プロセスまでを終了した。2023年度日本心理臨床学会においての口頭発表、「心理臨床学研究」への論文投稿に向けての分析を行ったアンケート調査の結果からは、女性クライエントの大多数が結婚前はフルタイム勤務であり、結婚後に専業主婦となっていたこと、男性パートナーの大多数には問題行動や衝動性以外に共感性の乏しさやコミュニケーション能力の問題が特徴であることがわかった。これらの特徴からは、女性クライエントの抱える困難が日本において伝統的な家父長制や家族の価値観に強く影響を受けていることが考えられた。心理支援者の工夫としては、男性パートナーを一方的に悪者とするような対応は効果的ではなく、可能であれば機会をもって直接男性パートナーと会い、治療協力を求めるような関りが重要であること、支援者は個人心理療法を軸に複数の体制であることが好ましく、家族のライフサイクルの視点を持ちつつ長く続く支援を提供することなどのポイントが挙げられた。また、多くの心理支援者からはこれらの実態や関りの工夫について支援者間で共有することが現状では不十分であることや今後は重要であることが語られた。
