项目摘要

本研究では，摂食障害予防を目指し，「痩身理想の内在化の規定因は，対象者によらず同様なのか？」「本当に効果がある介入法とは一体どのようなものなのか？」という二つの問いを掲げ，対象者の属性を加味し，痩身理想の内在化を規定因の同定と心理的メカニズムを解明すること，対象者の属性・特徴を踏まえ適正化した介入法を開発することを目的とし，研究を遂行している。こうした中，痩身理想の内在化を規定因の同定と心理的メカニズムを解明を目的とし，調査項目などの準備は整っているものの，調査対象者を募るプロセスが遅れており，全体的な研究の遂行が遅延している。一方で，本研究の目的を実現する基盤となる基礎的研究や臨床的活動は積極的に行われており，たとえば，青年期の摂食障害予防に関する展望や心理的支援の具体的方法に関するものなどは各種学会において積極的に発表されている。また，本研究における中核的なテーマであるボディーイメージに関する研究は，国内外問わず，各研究分担者から積極的に発信されている。このように，基礎的な研究の土台となる研究は，それぞれ遂行されているので，今年度は，こうした研究成果をまとめ，本研究の当初のテーマである基礎的研究ならびに基礎的研究を踏まえた介入法の策定と効果検討を行うことを予定している。また，摂食障害はさまざまな心理的要因が複雑に混在していることから，本研究テーマに近接する心理的変数を取り上げた研究も，今後，積極的に遂行する予定である。
