本年度の研究実績は以下の通りである．・高齢者を対象とした外出行動調査：高齢者の日常における外出行動特性ならびに歩行状況を詳細に把握するため，スマートフォンアプリを用いて，高齢者の日常における詳細な外出ならびに歩行データを二週間収集するとともに，富山市で導入されている交通系ICカードデータについても併せて収集した．・外出・歩行状況と医療費との関連性分析：収集した高齢者の外出行動データならびに交通系ICカードデータを用いて基礎的な分析を行った結果，富山市で実施されている高齢者を対象とした公共交通運賃割引制度の利用の有無により，外出時の歩行量に統計的に有意な差があること，歩行量の多寡により，その後の医療費に統計的に有意な差があること，公共交通運賃割引制度に継続して登録していない高齢者は，継続して登録している高齢者と比較して，数年後の医療費が統計的に有意に高くなることをなどを明らかにした．・高齢者の健康増進に資する都市社会システム創出のための都市・交通施策の検討：高齢者の外出行動調査の分析から，公共交通運賃割引制度の登録の有無により，中心市街地における活動場所の分布が大きく異なること，また，交通系ICカードデータの分析から，特に後期高齢者について，コロナ禍によって落ち込んだ公共利用の回復が鈍いことがなどを明らかにした．こうした分析結果を踏まえた上で，次年度は，都市社会システム創出のための都市・交通施策の検討を進めて行く予定である．

The analysis results show that the next year, urban social development and urban traffic policy development will be determined.
