2022年度は、2021年度に引き続き、過敏性腸症候群のリクルートを行い、過敏性腸症候群のRomeIV診断基準を満たす患者37名と健常対照群100名の検体を収集し、抗グリアジンIgG抗体、抗グリアジンIgA抗体、抗DGP抗体などのグルテン関連抗体の測定を行った。また、過敏性腸症候群の症状の重症度、過敏性腸症候群の腹部症状に関するQOL、不安症状、うつ症状、身体症状、社会生活機能、社会的職業的機能、健康に関連した生活の質、罹病期間、教育年数、就労状況、平均的な食行動や内容などを聴取し背景因子として評価を行った。グルテン感受性群と非グルテン感受性群の2群間での背景因子の比較について現在解析を行っており、結果は学会で報告し論文化する予定である。

In fiscal 2022 and fiscal 2021, the study of allergic bowel syndrome was carried out. The Rome IV diagnostic criteria for allergic bowel syndrome were established. Samples from 37 patients and 100 healthy subjects were collected. Anti-inflammatory IgG antibodies, anti-inflammatory IgA antibodies, and anti-DGP antibodies were measured. The severity of symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, QOL related to abdominal symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, restlessness symptoms, physical symptoms, social life functions, social and occupational functions, health-related quality of life, duration of illness, years of education, status of work, average food behavior, and content are all factors that affect the evaluation.
