「本邦のオピオイド不適正使用の実態とリスク因子を臨床疫学と遺伝子研究から解明する」という課題に基づき、不適正使用を依存傾向やガイドラインで注意喚起されている高用量or/and長期間使用と定義して、本邦における実態把握と共にリスク因子を臨床要因と遺伝子多型から解明する。具体的には①非がん性疼痛に対する強オピオイド使用に関する臨床研究、②NDBデータより本邦における不適正使用の実態把握研究、③不適正使用となる遺伝子多型の解明研究を進めている。①について「順天堂大学医学部附属順天堂医院における慢性疼痛に対するオピオイド使用状況と患者背景の後方視的使用状況調査(倫理承認E21-0210)」として第51回日本慢性疼痛学会に発表した「当院複数診療科における非がん性慢性疼痛に適応のあるオピオイド鎮痛薬に適応のあるオピオイド鎮痛薬使用状況に関する後方視的調査」を学会誌に投稿中であり、第44回の日本疼痛学会学術集会には「慢性腰椎疾患に対する強オピオイド鎮痛薬の使用実態を明らかにするための後方視的調査」を発表した。「ペインクリニックにおける強オピオイド鎮痛薬長期使用患者のストレス日内変動および睡眠状況の関連についての調査(E22-0147)」については現在データ解析中である。②については「匿名レセプト情報を使用した非がん性疼痛に対するオピオイド鎮痛薬処方の実態調査(倫理承認M21-0049)」として、5年間分のレセプトから解析を進めている。③については「非がん性疼痛における治療感受性の個人差にかかわる遺伝子の解明(倫理承認E22-0094)」として、患者遺伝子（口腔内擦過法）採取時に同時収集する多角的患者背景に関して、当科の電子問診票をリニューアル中である。

Specific research includes clinical research on the use of NDB in patients with chronic pain, research on the control of NDB use in patients with chronic pain, and research on the interpretation of genetic polymorphism in patients with chronic pain.① "Survey of chronic pain management and patient background in Suntendo Hospital, Suntendo University School of Medicine."(Ethical recognition E21-0210)"The 51st Japanese Society for Chronic Pain" A retrospective study on the use of analgesic agents in the treatment of chronic pain in multiple departments of hospitals "The 44th Japan Pain Society Conference presented a report entitled "Investigation of the use of analgesic agents in chronic lumbar spine disorders." "Investigation on the Relationship between Daytime Movement and Sleep Status in Patients with Chronic Analgesic Use (E22-0147)" (2) The analysis of the use of anonymous information in the treatment of non-invasive pain (Ethics Acknowledgement M21-0049) has been carried out over a period of five years. (3) The explanation of the patient's genetic information (ethical recognition E22-0094) for the individual difference in therapeutic sensitivity of non-chronic pain should be carried out at the same time to collect the patient's background and the electronic consultation ticket of the department.
