For the FY2022, we have scanned 10 more healthy volunteers, completing the MRI scans of all 20 healthy controls. All participants underwent two imaging sessions, about one month apart. Acquired MRI data includes structural T1 MRI data, an hour of resting state functional MRI data, and diffusion-weighted MRI data. Additionally, we have also acquired the MRI data from patients with essential tremor. Preliminary analysis of the acquired datasets from healthy controls have shown that the reliability of the whole-brain FCOR map exhibited an initial rapid increase as more volumes are incorporated into the analysis. With more volumes added, the reliability measure later plateaus suggesting an upper limit to the reliability as well as an optimal number of volumes to achieve this limit. We have also started the analysis of the data from patients with essential tremor. This will be completed in FY2023.
