頭頸部がん化学放射線治療を施行する患者を対象とした、半夏瀉心湯による放射線性口腔粘膜炎の病悩期間の短縮に資する有効性を検証する二重盲検プラセボ対照ランダム化比較試験の実施にあたり、2022年7月に製薬企業より試験薬・プラセボの無償提供を頂いた。9月には当該施設のIRB承認(研究課題番号：2022-091)および試験の開始許可を得た。10月末より患者登録が開始され、本年度末までに12名の患者がエンロール、血液検体の採取・処理・保存作業を問題なく終了した。今後も患者登録を継続し予定症例数の充足を目指す。

During the period of radiation induced oral mucositis in patients with radiation-induced oral mucositis, patients were treated with conventional chemoradiotherapy, and patients with radiation-induced oral mucositis were diagnosed during the period of radiation-induced oral mucositis in the middle of the summer. Double blind radiography was administered more frequently than in July 2022, and in July 2022, health care enterprises failed to provide health care. In September, the IRB should be implemented (research project no.: 2022-091). It may be possible to start the training program. The registration of pregnant patients began at the end of October, and at the end of this year, 12 patients were admitted to the hospital, and the blood samples were collected and preserved for health problems. In the future, there will be a sufficient number of patients with a given number of cases.
