今年度の研究目標は、看護基礎教育における「動き」の援助技術教育プログラム開発のために、①臨床看護師の移動の援助技術の現状を明らかにする、②キネステティク概念に基づく動きの支援（導入）の授業事例を分析しプログラムの骨子を検討する、③ドイツの看護教育における「動きの支援」の学習に関するカリキュラムついての情報を得る、であった。①：リカレント事業でキネステティク研修を受講した看護者10名の受講後記録から、＜日常行ってきた移動の援助は患者主体ではなかったと気づく＞＜介助場面での相互作用は「移動」という目的を超えたケアであると感じた＞＜自分の身体の緊張（力を込める）が相手にいかに影響するかを実感した＞＜からだの動きを理解し、相手や自分の身体に意識を向けることで、お互い心地よく動くことができると知ることができた＞等の体験がなされていたとわかった。以上から、キネステティク概念を学ぶことは、これまでの移乗の考え方や方法をふりかえり、尊厳あるケアを実現するためのベースとしても有意義であると考えた。　②：基礎看護技術科目の導入的位置づけにある科目において、キネステティクに関する研修を行っているA協会の講師の授業（90分×2コマ）を分析し、以下の特徴を確認した。・発問や説明には、キネステティク概念で示される用語ではなく日常用語を汎用している・参加者自身が身体を使って体験する機会を繰り返している・比較対象できる経験を提示している・講師が学生に直接提示（ハンドリング）することで、接触によるコミュニケーションを体験させている　③：ドイツ（ウルム）の「動きの学校」の講師が派遣された研修に参加し、日本の基礎教育における動きの学習の現状について意見交換を行った。ドイツの看護基礎教育では「動きの促進」がカリキュラムに位置づけられ、そのキー概念としてキネステティクを学んでいることを確認した。
