项目摘要

研究期間2年目の2022年度は、2021年度に実施予定だった全国調査に関してプレ調査を実施した。2020年に始まるコロナ禍の影響で国内における看護研究の実施状況も大きく変化し、研究倫理審査のあり方も大きな影響を受けることになった。通常の看護研究の実施がきわめて困難な状況になって、感染防止のため医療機関に厳しい行動制限がかかる中で看護研究を実施する方法論が模索された。その中で研究実施の前提である倫理委員会にも研究実施支援の役割が強く求められることになり、コロナ禍以前とはその立ち位置、あり方を大きく変えることが求められた。本研究では看護研究の倫理委員会のあり方を検討することを主題に置いており、上述の環境の変化は調査内容の修正を余儀なくされることになった。それを踏まえて調査項目を大幅に修正を加え、調査そのものの妥当性を検証する必要があったために、冒頭で述べたプレ調査を実施することになったものである。コロナ禍で行動制限がある中での医療のあり方、また医療機関に入って介入や調査のあり方について、どのように現実的な研究が遂行できるか、研究計画作成段階からのサポートを倫理委員会が行うにあたり倫理性の担保をどのように判断するかについて、研究分担者や同業者などと話し合いを行うなど検討を進めてきた。プレ調査の結果、質問項目のさらなる修正が必要となり、現在もその修正を行っており、今後本調査に移行するための準備を行っており、今年度は本調査を実施したいと考えている。
