本研究は、圧取り除きグローブを用いた圧抜き方法の違いによる姿勢のくずれや安楽性を明らかにすることである。準実験研究デザインで4群（a.片側×片腕、b.片側×両腕、c.両側×片腕、d.両側×両腕）に割りつけを行い姿勢および安楽性の解析を行う。本年度は、30度背上げ時について両側群6名、片側群6名について、b.片側×両腕、d.両側×両腕の検証を行った。測定内容は、VAS、身体症状の訴え、体圧、接地面積、小型９軸ワイヤレスモーションセンサを用いたアライメントのずれを測定した。主観的評価であるVASは有意な差を認めなかった。身体症状の訴えについては、局所への痛みの訴えは、片側群・両側群ともに同様に同等に認めた。片側群は、「息苦しさ」という痛みとは異なる苦痛の訴えがあり、両側群は「楽だ」というポジティブな回答が特徴的であった。客観的評価である体圧、接地面積についても有意な差はなかった。一方で、アライメントについては、水平方向（p<0.01）、垂直方向（p<0.05）において有意に差があり、両側群が安定していた。今回の結果では、アライメントのくずれと主観的な安楽性は相応した結果とならなかった。体位の安楽性は、時間的な要素を含むことが考えられ、このアライメントの崩れが持続した場合の検証は必要である。今回は、30度背上げについて検証したが、そのほかの背上げ角度による検証は行えていない。
