医療従事者の職業感染リスクの低減は安全な医療を提供する上で重要な課題である。職業感染リスクのある感染症は、肝炎などの血液媒介病原体のほか、結核、インフルエンザ、新型コロナウイルス感染症など飛沫感染や空気感染するものも多いことが特徴である。これらの感染症から医療従事者を職業上の感染から守ることは、医療を途切れることなく継続していく上で重要である。医療従事者の職業感染防止行動の促進には、職員教育や個人防護具等の物品配備とともに「組織風土」を醸成することが有効と考える。本研究の目的は、医療従事者の職業感染防止行動に関わる「組織風土」を可視化する組織風土尺度の開発することである。本研究では①尺度項目候補の生成、②予備調査、③本調査を経て「職業感染防止行動に関する組織風土尺度」を開発する。2022年度は、①尺度項目候補の生成のために網羅的文献検討を行った。網羅的文献検討により、職業感染防止に影響を与える組織風土には、組織や管理者の安全意識、職場の人間関係などがあり、予防措置と職員の安全性に対する満足度が職業感染防止に関する組織風土を醸成する可能性があることの示唆を得た。また、労働安全衛生と職員の離職には負の相関があるという知見も得た。このことから、本研究により職業感染防止のための組織風土を促進するための尺度を開発することは、医療従事者の離職防止にも寄与できる可能性があると考えられた。これらの網羅的文献検討をもとに、尺度項目候補の抽出を行うとともに、フォーカスグループインタビューの準備を進めた。
