本研究は、コロナ禍を機に普及が進んだICTによるオンライン教育を活用して、宮崎県の地域包括ケアシステムを支える看護職者の看護判断と看護実践能力の育成・強化を目指した看護リカレント教育プログラムの開発を目的としている。今年度は、前年度に作成した教材コンテンツを更に充実させ、人工膝関節置換術を受ける患者の入院前の生活の様子から手術後にかけての状況を説明する文章、身体状況の経過表、生活動作の動画、患者が生活する居住地の地域特性情報を追加した。教材は、看護の対象者である患者の年齢や身体や心の発達段階、対象者が居住地域で活用可能な医療・福祉システムの知識をふまえ、「患者は地域で暮らす生活者である」ことを具体的にイメージできるように、疾患が日常生活に及ぼす影響を詳細に設定し、動画を含めた情報を盛り込み、構成した。宮崎県の看護学生を対象に、これらの教材を用いて、手術を受ける患者の看護を学ぶ授業において、「術後の観察とリハビリテーションに関する看護判断」、「高齢患者への浣腸の実施」の2つの異なるテーマで、シミュレーション学習を展開した。シミュレーション学習後の学習評価では、術後患者の看護では、手術侵襲の影響のみでなく、入院前や退院後の患者の「普段の生活の様子」や「趣味」にも視点を向けた対象理解が必要であること、「浣腸」では、高齢者の身体の動きを考慮した技術の実施が安全にを確保することに繋がることをイメージできていたことが伺えた。本成果は看護学教育学会学術集会で発表した。
